DeAnna Pappas ' ex-husband is requesting a change in the custody agreement for their two kids following her recent arrest . In documents obtained by PEOPLE and filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, on Tuesday, April 14, Stephen Stagliano has requested changes to the custody agreement for his and Pappas' two children, Addison, 11, and son Austin, 9. Stagliano requested $1,000 per month in child support, stating that his "financial situation has changed drastically" and he is "looking for work.
" In a four-page income and expense declaration, Stagliano claimed, "As of April 2025, I have no income. I am actively looking for a job, and DeAnna's constantly changing work schedule and her drinking has made it incredibly difficult to do so." " Stagliano listed multiple alleged incidents indicating Pappas' alleged alcohol abuse issues that he states began in September 2019. The alleged incidents include receiving a "distressing text" from his daughter, Addison, while in her mother's care in October 2023 and being told by their daughter that she is "scared" while she was with her mother in November 2023. In addition to the alleged Feb.

"The children were left scared, confused and upset due to Petitioner's actions," the document alleges.
"I have no doubt DeAnna will completely deny that she has a problem, as she did during our marriage. I have no doubt she will 'stay clean' while these proceedings are ongoing. I have no doubt she will produce clean Soberlink tests and clean drug tests," Stagliano wrote.
"She is able to string together stints of sobriety. But it has never been permanent. Our texts from our daughter prove this," his statement continued.
