Dean gives flood stats at City Council meeting

WILLIAMSON — The Williamson Parks Board was in attendance at Williamson City Council to discuss and update the distribution and shelter for Williamson during the flooding. Dean gave some numbers of the folks that were affected and reached out for help during the flooding. “On February 16, in a combination of efforts with the County Commission, City of Williamson, our department heads, we opened the fieldhouse for a shelter in place and as the next day came, we became the central hub for the county,” Dean said.
