Jerry Szulim and Corey Norcutt have joined as project superintendents, while Tad Ulrich has stepped in as a project manager. Szulim, a veteran of the commercial construction industry, brings a wealth of experience across multiple roles, including carpenter, foreman, and project superintendent. His background spans retail, multifamily, senior living, hotels, and general commercial projects. Most recently, Szulim worked on large hotel projects for a commercial construction firm on the East Coast. Norcutt also has extensive experience in the commercial construction industry, having served in roles such as carpenter, foreman, and project superintendent. For several years, Norcutt worked with a commercial construction firm in the Twin Cities, overseeing grocery, retail, restaurant, and general commercial projects. Tad Ulrich comes to DBS Group with over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction sector. Tad has worked on wide-ranging projects, including retail, multifamily, senior living, manufacturing, education, and general commercial construction. DBS Group President Chris Walters said the vast knowledge and experience of each will be invaluable as DBS Group continues to grow.
