Maya Jama is poised to dazzle in the latest line-up of The Masked Singer, joining a striking blond Davina McCall on the panel. The Love Island presenter is stepping into the shoes previously filled by Rita Ora, joining enduring favourites Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan, with Joel Dommett at the helm as host. However, it is Davina who looks like a totally new panellist, sporting a temporary new look after her recent brain surgery.
The brunette's blonde locks were in place months before Davina's recent brain tumour came to light, with the TV star needing surgery, reports the Mirror . The blonde hair is in fact a wig, meaning Davina's natural hair will make a reappearance before we know it. Since having surgery, Davina has been spotted out and about recuperating.

The Masked Singer has captured the imagination of over 37million viewers since its inception in January 2020, and the upcoming season sets to introduce yet another fleet of household names under those enigmatic costumes, following the likes of past participants Dionne Warwick, Richie Sambora and Joss Stone. The series will see celebrities perform songs in disguise and provide hints about their identities as the panel attempts to deduce who is behind each mask.
New panellist Maya is thrilled to joining the show, saying: "I'm such a Masked Singer fan, so joining the panel alongside Davina, Jonathan, and Mo is going to be so much fun. "I can't wait to figure out who's underneath all those incredible costumes, vibe to their performances, and get front-row seats to the unmaskings." Katie Rawcliffe, Head of Entertainment and Daytime Commissioning at ITV, said: "The Masked Singer is back and promises to kick off 2025 with a bang.
