Other items seized Thursday included unstamped flavoured nicotine pouches, stamped vaping devices and vaping liquid, and four bottles of liquor, which police allege was being sold without a permit. Police arrested a 52-year-old Dauphin man and charged him with various offences under the Excise Act and the Tax Administration and Miscellaneous Taxes Act.
