Daredevil: Born Again Star on if Kingpin Will Encounter Punisher

Image credit: Disney+Vincent D’Onofrio recently shared his thoughts on a possible fight between Kingpin and Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. The finale of Season 1 of the Marvel Studios series aired on Tuesday, April 15, and fans are already excited to witness the events that will transpire in the next season. The filming of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is currently in progress in New York.

Vincent D’Onofrio teases Kingpin’s meeting with Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2Vincent D’Onofrio recently sat down with Variety and discussed whether a meeting between his character Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher is on the cards for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.At the end of the Season 1 finale, Bernthal’s Punisher was captured by Kingpin and locked up after he refused to join him. However, the post-credits scene sets the ground for his special presentation after he manages to escape.



This also leaves the possibility that Punisher might appear in Born Again Season 2.While speaking about the characters meeting, D’Onofrio asserted, “A meeting of those two has gone down before in the original Netflix series. I’m sure it will happen again at some point.

I don’t know when, though.” He claimed that Kingpin might be aware of Punisher’s escape and said, “Eventually, he knows that he’s not there anymore. So far, it’s a small part of the second season.

..? film or if it’s connected to our series or not, but it’ll be interesting to see.
