Former Florida head coach Dan Mullen has Texas on upset alert heading into Saturday's game against Arkansas. Texas comes into this game with an 8-1 record, its only loss coming against Georgia back on October 19. Texas will play a 5-4 Arkansas team on the road and because of that, Mullen has the program on upset alert.

“Arkansas already pulled a huge upset over Tennessee earlier in the year. They’ve played really good football. They have a strong defense.

When you have an athlete like Taylen Green at quarterback, he can come in and change a game, and especially at home in an old Southwest Conference rivalry. Arkansas would love nothing more than to ruin Texas’ season. I think they have to be very careful," Mullen said, via On3 .

Getty Arkansas is also one win away from getting to a bowl game so the program has that to play for, plus trying to knock Texas out of the SEC title race. Right now, Texas is 4-1 in SEC play, good for third in the conference. Razorbacks quarterback Taylen Green has had a good season, throwing for 2,214 yards through the air, 11 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.

He helped the Hogs beat the Vols on October 5, throwing for 266 yards. The Hogs have also played some other teams tough this year, including the Texas A&M Aggies. They only lost to them by four.

This game will get underway at Noon ET on Saturday. ABC will have national coverage. Related: SEC Commissioner Was Asked If 3-Loss Team Should Still Make College Football Playoff.
