Following a 38-17 win over Michigan at Michigan Stadium, Oregon head coach Dan Lanning had a short response when asked about star receiver Tez Johnson, who suffered a first-half upper body injury against the Wolverines. Johnson, the Ducks’ leading receiver entering Saturday, was brought down hard along the sideline during the first quarter, jogging off the field in clear pain before being taken to the locker room. Shortly later, Johnson returned in street clothes and a sling on his right arm, sending a scare through the Oregon fanbase.
As expected, Lanning was asked by reporters about Johnson’s status following the Ducks’ win. In response, the head coach provided just four words. “Still figuring it out,” Lanning said.

Without Johnson, fellow senior Traeshon Holden stepped up and made a difference for Oregon on Saturday, tallying six catches for 149 yards.
While Holden recorded a season-high in yardage, Justius Lowe tallied six catches for 45 yards. In coming weeks, the Ducks’ depth at wideout may be tested, barring the health of Johnson. While Duck fans await any news on their star receiver, they’ll begin looking ahead to next week’s home game against Maryland.
Kickoff is set for 4:00 p.m. PST.
