The Mavericks went 16-4 before entering the playoffs and carried their momentum all the way to the NBA Finals. Neither team was able to turn their late-season heroics into a championship, but Parsons thinks that could change this year. “I think they are already close.
They have a very good group of guys. They added a couple of pieces this offseason, so it is going to be a very interesting team. I think they can actually do it; Luka is special, and Kyrie is special,” said Parsons.
The Cowboys are 1-1 after two weeks of NFL action and have high hopes once again to make a deep playoff run. The Mavericks have yet to start their 2024-25 campaign, but after a strong offseason , the team is hungry to show they can take that next step. Both Dallas teams would like to have a great start to the year, but Parsons is on to something.
