S. market, Daesang Corporation partnered with Chef Corey Lee’s 'San Ho Won' to release this premium kimchi. By combining Jongga’s 37 years of traditional kimchi expertise with Chef Lee’s involvement in recipe development, the new products promise to offer a unique culinary experience beyond traditional kimchi.
The newly launched gourmet edition 'San Ho Won Kimchi' comes in two varieties: 'Original Kimchi' and 'Baek Kimchi'. The 'Original Kimchi' is crafted using seaweed and vegetable stock to enhance its natural umami, maintaining a traditional spicy and clean taste with a rich flavor. The 'Baek Kimchi' undergoes a slow fermentation process to preserve its crisp texture and refreshing broth taste over time, with the sweetness of apples adding a smooth flavor.
Alongside the product launch, a promotional video showcasing the development process of 'San Ho Won Kimchi' will be released. This video highlights the culinary value of kimchi and the use of fresh ingredients, further emphasizing the quality of Jongga Kimchi. The video will be available on O'Food and Jongga's official YouTube channel, 'Ask.
