Cultivate some ‘2am friends’, it’s better than having an army of followers

Having a handful of close friends you can call at 2am is more meaningful than having lots of acquaintances.

In a world where social media often masquerades as connection between persons, it may be timely to rethink our approach to relationships and human connections. Meaningul friendships can enrich our lives and help us grow into our best selves. One valuable lesson I learnt during the Covid-19 pandemic was the necessity of having a community of people, who will journey with us through life and its many challenges: What is often called “doing life together”.
