29 April 2025 Dublin-based CubeMatch has announced the acquisition of a stake in BGK, a German consultancy with more than 30 years of experience in process management and digital transformation for European financial institutions. Through this strategic partnership, CubeMatch is entering the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), bringing the group’s global headcount 450. CubeMatch’s existing operation includes offices in Dublin, London, Benelux, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Chennai.
