PHOENIX – The Arizona Court of Appeals let Cochise County District 1 Supervisor Tom Crosby off the hook Tuesday for more than $113,000 in sanctions he had been ordered to pay for his role in filing a lawsuit which sought to void nearly 1 million votes cast in Maricopa County in the 2022 General Election. But various Maricopa County and State of Arizona officials named in the lawsuit are expected to ask the Arizona Supreme Court in the coming days to reinstate the sanctions order. Meaning Crosby, who participated in his personal capacity as a voter, is not out of the woods yet.
