Crews called to house on fire

Four fire crews were called to a house blaze yesterday. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames in the downstairs music room of the home in Rostrum Close, Ashford. There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known.

Crews arrived at the scene at about 8.15pm and were able to leave just after 9.30pm.
