Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and cornerback Trevon Diggs missed practice Wednesday with ankle and foot injuries, respectively, but both should be fine, per NFL Network's Jane Slater and ESPN's Todd Archer. It's unclear how the Lamb and Diggs ailments originated, although they both seem to be much ado about nothing based on the reports. If that's the case, then both should be fine for the Cowboys' next game, which is Sunday at 4:25 p.

m. ET at home against the Baltimore Ravens. Dallas certainly need Lamb and Diggs out there against a Ravens team that went 13-4 and earned the AFC's No.

1 seed last year. Baltimore got out of the 2024 gate a bit sluggish with close losses to the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders, but the talent is still there for the Ravens to make another run at the playoffs. Plus, Dallas is coming off a brutal 44-19 home loss to the New Orleans Saints.

On defense, the Cowboys allowed 35 first-half points. On offense, Dallas didn't score in the final 24 minutes. It was an off-day for all of Dallas, but a healthy Diggs and Lamb could go a long way toward righting the ship against a Ravens team desperate for its first win.

Lamb is coming off a 135-catch, 1,749-yard, 12-touchdown season that he ultimately parlayed into a four-year, $136 million contract extension. Diggs, a two-time Pro Bowler, missed nearly all of last season with a torn ACL. But he's a ballhawking playmaker when healthy, notably amassing 11 interceptions in 2021.

Their statuses are still worth monitoring as the week goes on, but for now, signs point to them being available versus Baltimore..
