Costa Coffee stores across the UK are currently experiencing shortages of stock after disruptions "temporarily impacted deliveries". Shoppers have been left unable to buy certain food products including cakes, baps and pastries from selected Costa cafes due to the disruption. Costa customers have been taken to social media to report the issue.

One person, posting on X (formerly Twitter), said: "No cakes, pastries, bread at Costa. What going on @CostaCoffee." The poor @CostaCoffee workers, the lights have been out for weeks in their corner of @Tesco & now there’s a supply issue & no fridge stock! Regardless, they smile & serve.
