5 grams of ice, 20 Suboxone tablets, $10,605 in cash, scales, deal bags and other drug paraphernalia when caught. The Wodonga Magistrates Court heard he had been linked to a stolen car, taken from Waugh Road, that was at the scene of a shooting in parkland off Silva Drive on January 23 last year. Police opposed bail, but magistrate Megan Casey said the Teen Challenge drug rehab provided a "significant opportunity" for Lloyd to address his issues.



He was Ms Casey banned Lloyd from leaving without permission and ordered he attend a police station if he did leave. Detective Leading Senior Constable Ray Causer said Lloyd went to the clinic but left within 10 minutes. "His current whereabouts are unknown, but he's actively being sought by both Victoria and NSW police," he said.

"I definitely didn't want Bailey released on bail prior to the conclusion of these matters." The detective said Lloyd had an extensive criminal history for assault, thefts, weapons offences and driving matters, and was a danger to the community. Magistrate Ian Watkins said he had "no hesitation" in revoking Lloyd's bail.
