Shane Lynch , an officer in Rhode Island , was enjoying the concert in the sandpit area at Gillette Stadium on Saturday night when he allegedly relieved himself around 9:15 pm.

The woman - who purchased the new boots specifically for the Chesney concert - was also standing in the sandpit area when she 'felt something wet spray her leg,' according to the arrest report. She then looked down and was horrified to see Shane 'urinating on her shoes'. 'Did you just pee down my leg?' the shocked victim asked Lynch.



Shane Lynch, an officer at the Cranston Police Department, did the despicable act in the concert's sandpit area at Gillette Stadium around 9:15 pm, officials said 'I did?' Lynch allegedly replied, as per the news outlet. The off-duty cop, who works for the Cranston Police Department, then walked off into the crowd of concertgoers until police caught up to him when the victim pointed him out. Lynch appeared to be 'extremely intoxicated' and was arrested by the Foxborough Police Department.

The drunken country fan had 'his zipper was down and his shorts appeared wet,' according to an arrest report . He continued to act in a crude manner, and 'grabbed his p**** and urinated again' while one of the officers was speaking to him. He was charged with disorderly conduct and destruction of property.

'Failure to adhere to this expectation will result in discipline.' Lynch agreed to pay $100 in court costs to have the case dismissed, as per 10 WJAR News. Stadium security also slapped him with a trespass order, the news outlet reported.
