Controversy surrounds Baltimore County's Question A

Question A on the Baltimore County ballot would expand the County Council from seven to nine members. Chair Julian Jones, D-District 4, said his biggest concern is the question doesn't mention the redistricting map that comes with Question A, which was proposed by Councilmember Izzy Patoka, D-District 2.
