After years of advising against buying an accommodation for residence, billionaire co-founder of Zerodha, Nikhil Kamath (38) whose net worth is nearly Rs 310 crores, finally bought a property. The reason? Landlord, of course, who wanted the young fintech mogul to vacate. In his WTF podcast, Nikhil Kamath remarked that while there are several advantages of renting a house, there’s one disadvantage: you don't know when you will move out of the house.
