Construction has started on Esprit at Avenir, a luxury housing development for seniors 55+ in Palm Beach Gardens. The gated community will host an array of three to six-bedroom homes, with the option to customize certain features, including various design elements. The residences themselves boast a contemporary design, offering high ceilings, natural lighting, and refined finishings.
There will also be two- to four-car garages, depending on the floorplan. Communal amenities at Esprit at Avenir will include (but not be limited to) eight pickleball courts, a fitness center, private clubhouse with on-site bar and restaurant, and resort-style swimming pool. There will also be a Lifestyle Director who will coordinate campus events.
Kolter Group is the developer. The national real estate firm intends to open the community later this fall. Kolter’s had a busy year, recently having opened two multi-family housing developments outside of Orlando.
One of those developments was , a venture Florida YIMBY first covered in April 2022. The active adult community finished construction two years later in 2024, marking Kolter’s third 55+ development in Central Florida. Esprit at Avenir will be located at , 33412, in Palm Beach County.
