The Smart Series offers homes measuring 1,379 to 1,769 square feet, while the Eco Series homes are a bit larger, measuring 1,669 to 1,846 square feet. Both models offer quartz countertops, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, and “subway tile backsplashes”. Conceptual renderings show that most (if not all) of the homes measure two stories above grade with ground-floor garages.
The many on-site communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, children’s playground, and dog run. At the time of publication, sources noted that homes started at $399,990. notes that the first home will become available starting December 2024, although this was not officially confirmed by developers.
reports that Tyson Ranch is “under construction directly across Boggy Creek Road, which is being widened into four lanes by both Orange and Osceola counties. There also are plans to extend Simpson Road to the Osceola Parkway.” Tyson Ranch will be located at , 32824, in Orange County.
