Condor Energies announces $10M financing

Condor Energies ( TSX: CDR:CA ) entered into an agreement with Research Capital on behalf of a syndicate of agents at a price of $1.90 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $10M. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for the ongoing workover program.
