Concern grows as police search for 15-year-old last seen in York

Police have said that they are "becoming concerned" as they look for a teen who has gone missing in York. North Yorkshire Police are currently searching for 15-year-old Alex, who was last seen yesterday (April 18) at 3.55pm in Clifton Moor.

It is believed he may by making his way into the city, however, he is not familiar with the area and has connections to the Wiltshire and Humberside area. "We are becoming concerned for Alex’s safety and are appealing to anyone who has seen him to contact us," said a spokesperson for the force. When Alex was last seen, he was wearing a grey jacket with glitter gems on the sleeve, a black t-shirt, silver chains around his neck, grey baggy trousers and black trainers.
