Indian companies are embracing sustainable corporate travel, driven by environmental goals and traveler preferences. Firms across sectors like technology and finance are opting for carbon-neutral flights, eco-friendly transport, and green accommodations. Grant Thornton Bharat is limiting travel and promoting electric vehicles, while ABB India is deploying EVs and installing charging stations.

New Delhi: Corporate travel is undergoing a green transformation, as companies across industries adopt environmentally conscious practices to reduce carbon footprint and nudge their employees to also explore eco-friendly options while travelling for work.Companies in the technology, finance, consumer goods and healthcare sectors are actively changing the way their employees travel, said Rikant Pittie, CEO and co-Founder of EaseMyTrip.These companies are opting for carbon-neutral flights, low-emission transport, eco-certified accommodations and travel experiences that uplift local communities, he said, adding, Sustainable corporate travel is becoming a core priority for forward-thinking Indian businesses.
