ANDERSON — Nights of Lights at Mounds State Park will begin Saturday, Nov. 30, and will continue every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during December from 6 to 9 p.m.
Cost is $10 per vehicle. Community Hospital Foundation’s Community in Motion is sponsoring walk-through nights, free to the public, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

ANDERSON — Public donations have enabled the Allen Chapel Clothes Closet, in the basement of Allen Chapel AME Church, 1610 Sheridan St., to host an annual Christmas giveaway of food, new toys and clothes. This year’s Christmas giveaway, under the direction of the Rev.
Allen McClendon and program coordinator Frances Weatherly, will be Saturday, Dec. 14, from 9 a.m.
to 1 p.m. Entry into the basement of the church can be made from 16th Street.
The Clothes Closet is open Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.
