Columbia organization set to hold Thanksgiving event at Stephens Lake Park Wednesday

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) The Columbia based organization, Rock the Community will be hosting a community event to celebrate Thanksgiving on Wednesday. This event will be at the Reichmann Indoor Pavilion in Stephens Lake Park from 12 p.

m. to 3 p.m.



with free food, games and raffles. The people who attend the event will also have the opportunity to sign up for a Christmas list. According to its website, Rock the Community is a charitable organization based in Columbia that works towards youth development and community wellness.

It provides the community with food give aways, help with job readiness and give financial literacy courses..
