Colombo Coffee wins coveted management awards

Colombo Coffee Company (CCC) won the Overall Silver Award at the 2025 CPM Best Management Practices Company Awards, outperforming 126 competitors. It also earned Excellence in Best Management Practices, Manufacturing Sector (Food & Beverage) winner, and an ESG Merit Award. General Manager Kushan Samararatne received the Excellence in Leadership Award for his transformative role.

Founded over 20 years ago, CCC revolutionized Sri Lanka’s coffee industry by introducing global brands like Lavazza and advanced machinery, alongside establishing training and technical support divisions. The company emphasizes sustainability, ethical sourcing, and fair trade partnerships with local farmers. Samararatne, highlighted the awards as a milestone for Sri Lanka’s global coffee recognition.
