The National Weather Service is warning of critical fire weather conditions across valleys and mountains from Tuesday into Thursday. Forecasters say the winds should be weaker and not as widespread as last week’s wind event that escalated the Mountain Fire in Ventura County. While most of the region will see sunny skies today, the San Bernardino and Riverside county mountains are under a winter weather advisory until 10 p.
