
The Hong Kong Observatory recorded temperatures of 14.1 degrees Celsius (57.4 Fahrenheit) at its Tsim Sha Tsui headquarters on Monday morning.
The mercury also dipped to below 12 degrees in rural areas such as Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and Sheung Shui. Over at Ngong Ping and Tate’s Cairn, temperatures were only 7.9 degrees and 8.
