Ingredients: 1 fillet Black Cod (Gindara) 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil Instructions: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear the gindara fillet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the fish and set aside.



In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Return the fish to the pan and spoon the sauce over it for 1–2 minutes.

Serve with salad, steamed rice, or sautéed vegetables. Baked Salmon with Creamy Garlic Sauce A comforting oven-baked recipe that brings out the richness of Norwegian Salmon. Ingredients: 1 fillet Norwegian Salmon 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup all-purpose cream 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line a baking tray with foil and lightly oil it. Place the salmon on the tray and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add cream and mix well. Pour the sauce over the salmon. Add grated cheese if desired.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve with steamed vegetables and rice. Crispy Cream Dory with Spiced Vinegar Dip A crispy and satisfying dish perfect for dipping.

Ingredients: 2 fillets Cream Dory, sliced into strips 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 egg, beaten Oil for frying Instructions: In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dip each fish strip into the beaten egg, then coat with the flour mixture. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry until golden and crisp.
