CSL Recruitment Details: Total Vacancy: 71 Posts SC: 6 Posts ST: 1 Post OBC: 24 Posts EWS: 7 Posts UR: 33 Posts Eligibility Criteria Scaffolder (21 Posts): Candidate should have passed 10th grade examination along with a minimum work experience of 3 years in general structural or scaffolding works.
Semi Skilled Rigger (50 Posts): Aspirant should have passed 4th grade. A minimum of three years of experience in rigging, including at least two years in rigging heavy-duty machine parts and assisting with the erection of machinery/equipment, is required, with a desirable knowledge of wire rope splicing work. Age Limit The maximum age for applying for the above mentioned posts is 30 years.
However, the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates and by 5 years for SC/ST candidates for posts reserved for these categories. Application Fee Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs 200 as the intimation fee. However, aspirants belonging to the SC/ST categories are exempt from paying any fee.
Selection Procedure Applicants applying for the position of Semi Skilled Rigger will need to undergo practical test carrying 100 marks. However, for candidates interested in the position of Scaffolder will need to undergo a practical test carrying 80 marks and physical examination carrying 20 marks. The physical examination will include climbing.
