HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. -- The Coastal Discovery Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate, invites the community to the 24th annual Art Market, a juried fine art and craft show, on April 26 and 27, at Historic Honey Horn.
Showcasing the works of more than 90 artists in a beautiful Lowcountry setting, the Art Market will be open Saturday, April 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.
m., and Sunday, April 27, from 10:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m. Visitors will find a diverse range of mediums, including ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, wood, metal, painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture.
Admission is $5, with free entry for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased onsite or online here. Ample free parking is available.
“The Art Market is one of our most anticipated events of the year,” said Elizabeth Greenberg, Director of Exhibitions at the Coastal Discovery Museum. “It’s a great opportunity to discover new artists, reconnect with favorites, and find something unique, while supporting the arts and the museum.”Beyond the art, visitors can enjoy live music and a variety of food and beverage vendors, with shaded seating under the Mary Ann Peeples Pavilion and throughout the grounds.
