Along with the Phone 2 Pro, CMF will also reveal the CMF Buds 2, Buds 2a, and Buds 2 Plus.

London-based consumer tech brand Nothing, on Monday, announced that it will launch the CMF Phone 2 Pro on April 28 at 6.30 pm. This would be the company’s second smartphone launched under its sub-brand CMF by Nothing.

The CMF Phone 1 was launched in July 2024 and received terrific reviews from users — especially for its customisable design and its hero orange colour. Nothing first teased the Phone 2 Pro on April 3, in the same bright orange colour as the Phone 1. However, another post on X (formerly Twitter) showed the upcoming device in a new silver colour and a metallic finish.

"A new finish. Textured, tactile, different, " the post read. A new finish.

twitter.com/urfDleDieH — CMF by Nothing (@cmfbynothing) April 5, 2025 The Phone 1, in contrast, was of plastic build, which offered both a fresh texture and durability. It is priced at ₹15,999.

Since the new smartphone sports the "Pro" moniker, it could very well be priced between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000. According to rumours, it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and will feature a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED display.

It is also likely to have a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging. To put things in perspective, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion was recently launched with the same processor and starts at ₹22,999. Along with the Phone 2 Pro, CMF will also reveal the CMF Buds 2, Buds 2a, and Buds 2 Plus.

Fans hoping for an upgrade to the CMF Watch Pro 2 may be in for a wait, as there are currently no signs of a successor in the pipeline. CMF by Nothing was introduced in September 2023 with the Buds Pro, Watch Pro and a 65W GaN charger. Currently, the brand has 10 products in its portfolio — ranging across smartphones, personal audio, smartwatches and charging adapters.
