Cloudy skies, some rains in Metro Manila, rest of PH on Holy Wednesday

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Holy Wednesday. The 4 a.m.

weather forecast by PAGASA said the weather condition is caused by the easterlies. The state weather bureau said such conditions could result in possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. As of 2 a.
