Cloudy skies look to continue for a mild weekend before a cool down comes in

Clouds will be moving on through the region today with a little bit of sunshine this afternoon, but by next week temperatures are looking chillier than the 40s we have for this weekend.

Clouds look to cover much of the region to start off today, however by the afternoon we look to at least get a glimpse of the sunshine peeking on through. Winds will continue to be light today, and by the afternoon temperatures are warming up to near 40° for much of the region. Sunday looks to be a good bit cloudier throughout the region, however winds will continue to remain rather light.

Highs top out in the 40s once again, so this weekend will be a great one to get out and enjoy some milder late November, because we will be feeling a bit more like late November by Monday. ADVERTISEMENT For Monday, that is where we are keeping an eye on light snow moving on through the region. Most of it passes by to the north, but a chance for flurries will move on through southeast Minnesota.

Then for the rest of the week, temperatures will take a bit of a tumble, into the 20s for Thanksgiving, and then into the teens heading into next weekend..
