SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) - Happy Friday, Utah! It's been another active day with scattered morning snow showers across the Wasatch Front. Things are improving this afternoon across northern Utah, meanwhile, snow and rain are increasing across southern Utah. Look for active weather to remain for areas south of I-70 through Friday evening, then tapering off Friday night.
As skies clear Friday night, look for temperatures to drop near or below freezing in many locations around the Beehive state. Saturday will feature clearing skies with temperatures warming into the upper 50s across northern Utah, and upper 60s to near 70° for southwest Utah.Right now, Easter Sunday continues to look dry, but a weak front moving by to our north may spark a few clouds and possibly an isolated shower near the Idaho/Utah border.
A new system could bring more cool and unsettled weather back to the region by next Monday and Wednesday. We'll keep you posted on the latest information in our 4Warn Weather forecast both on-air and online, we are Good4Utah!.
