Cleaning fans explain 'amazing' homemade weed killer that 'works in hours'

Garden weeds can be a real eyesore and not only that, they wage a silent war against your prized blooms by hoarding nutrients and casting shade. And it's not just their looks that cause gardeners grief. Some cheeky weeds have the nerve to excrete chemicals that stifle the growth of surrounding greenery.

With that in mind, savvy gardeners on Facebook have been sharing a nifty homemade concoction to wrestle back control of their plots.
