If you’re still a lover of bleach and can’t imagine cleaning your home without it, a cleaner has warned against mixing it with other substances. Kalee the Cleaning Lady took to TikTok to explain what you should never put with bleach, captioning her video: “Do not mix these cleaners it's dangerous! Please share with friends and family so they know!” Kalee said that her advice is “incredibly important,” and many may not be aware that if you mix some common household products together, they can cause a “very poisonous gas” that could be life-changing or “really affect your health ”. Kalee explained: “Bleach and vinegar together cause a chlorine gas which can actually affect your eyes, nose, throat, make you cough.
It’ll burn your eyes, it’ll burn your lungs, and it can actually do damage to your internal organs.” “Bleach and ammonia actually cause chloramine, and this is actually probably the number one not to do,” the expert shared. Why? Because it’s “extremely poisonous” and if you’re “in a non-vented area where you get a lot of air flow you can actually pass out”.
Kalee said that this is a “major do not do” because this “causes chloroform” which can “affect your internal organs” and your eyes, nose, etc. She urged that you “stick with one cleaning product at a time”. She said this “causes an acid", which can “burn your skin” and “affect your eyes, nose, and throat”.

They can then decide whether “you need to go directly to a doctor”.
Kalee also said that if you “get any of this stuff inside your eyes,” you need to “wash it out with water” as soon as possible “because if you keep it in there, it can cause blindness”. Kalee said that these chemical reactions are the reason “80 to 90% of the time” she uses “all-natural products”. At the end of the video, she did clarify that she isn’t a doctor and she’s making these recommendations as a cleaner.
