NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — The race for the U.

S. Congressional District 24 is on between Incumbent Republican Claudia Tenney and Democratic Businessman David Wagenhauser. In June, Claudia Tenney had won the primary race against her opponent Mario Fratto.



Tenney led Fratto, a businessman from Geneva, by 60% to 40% according to the Associated Press. The election for the U.S.

Congressional District will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 5 and early voting in New York State begins on Saturday, Oct. 26.

The Congressional District 24 race includes the counties of Niagara, Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming, Oswego, Ontario, Wayne, Livingston, Jefferson, Seneca, Yates, Cayuga, Steuben, and Schuyler. Claudia Tenney is the current representative of the 24th district, which had a redistricting after the 2020 U.S.
