The 25-year-old singer exuded elegance in a ghost white off-shoulder gown, while Basti looked dapper in a cream white Barong Tagalog.
The pair’s entourage complemented the venue’s theme that featured shades of white and green, with the bridesmaids donning moss green dresses and the groomsmen in Barong Tagalog. Claudia’s sisters Dani, Julia, Erich and their brother Leon were part of the entourage. Their parents Marjorie Barretto and Dennis Padilla — who claimed he was treated as a “visitor” — were also present at Claudia’s special day.
The former couple as well as their children, however, were not seen in photos together. Other celebrity guests spotted celebrating with the newlyweds were couples Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres, Ella Pangilinan and husband Enrique Miranda, and Hannah Pangilinan. During a 2016 interview on the now-defunct “Tonight with Boy Abunda,” one of the few instances in which Claudia opened up about their romance, she said that their relationship was “super normal.” She also disclosed how she had been open to her mom about Basti since the beginning of their relationship.
“Every stage — like when he first started asking me out, when I started liking him — I was very vocal about it. I told my mom everything,” Claudia said. Basti is one of the 12 children of business magnate Martin Ignacio Lorenzo.
