Some have plants growing inside while others are rusted through and missing doors, hoods, or entire roofs. The site has a rare 1968 Ferret armored scout car that was once used by the British Army, reported Auto Evolution. It’s one of the better-preserved vehicles on the lot.

In the graveyard, a dusty Daimler SP250 also known as Dart was found abandoned.

It was built from 1959 to 1964 and was the last car Daimler developed before being sold to Jaguar. Only 2,654 were ever made, and the one in the video still has a faded New York safety sticker on the windshield. The sports car came with a fiberglass body and a 2.

The yard is more than just rusted cars, though. The main building has another time capsule for the early 20th century and beyond, with vintage toys and other automotive memorabilia collections. The property has since become a museum where people can peruse the symbols of a treasured American era for $34.

“Can’t believe these classic cars! Hope someone brings them back to life soon,” one wrote.“I just wish that most of the vehicles could be recovered and restored. I wonder how the collection managed to become so neglected,” another added.

“Wow what a find it’s so sad though,” someone else commented. “It’s amazing the difference between a car that’s been outside and a car that’s been in a crude dilapidated shelter.”How this treasure trove ended up abandoned remains a mystery.
