An insurance broker is collecting Easter eggs for a children's hospital. Howden Norwich aims to collect 150 Easter egg donations for kids at the Jenny Lind Children's Hospital, part of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The hospital provides specialist support and services to thousands of children every year.
Sam Cross, commercial account executive at Howden Norwich, said: "We’re firm believers that every child deserves an Easter egg – it’s something that some people may take for granted but is a real treat for children staying in hospital." Julie Cooper, head of charity at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity, said: "Thank you so much to Howden for arranging the Easter egg collection, and to everyone who has been kind enough to donate an egg for children being treated at the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital.
" In addition to Easter eggs, Howden is also giving away 100 seed packets for free. The initiative aims to help wildlife thrive and encourage a sense of growth, renewal and hope for the upcoming season..
