Chipotle IQ features multiple choice, true or false questions and write-in answers, and customers can play once per day. If you get a perfect score, you’ll unlock an extra credit question, and if answered correctly, you’ll be entered to win one of 50 “free burritos for a year” prizes (it’s actually one free burrito per week for a year). This year, test-takers who score 7, 8 or 9 out of 10 will receive a consolation prize of 25 rewards points in their Chipotle rewards account, with a limit of 400,000 bonus rewards available per day to all.
Additionally, fans with a perfect score who do not get a BOGO code will receive the bonus point prize while its available. A Chipotle spokesperson says the company will be offering 300,000 BOGO codes as Chipotle IQ prizes, and 52 free burritos each to 50 fans. The retail value of these prizes exceeds $1 million, they said.
