Chilly weather continues into the start of next week around the region

We get plenty of sunshine yet again today, however it is another day where highs will struggle to get out of the single digits.

To wrap up the weekend, we have another cold start to the day around the Northland. Overnight lows right before sunrise will be in the single digits below zero for most, and then gradually getting back up into the single digits and teens through the day. Winds will not be too blustery, but with temperatures this chilly, it will not take much to keep wind chills near 0.

Tomorrow we see a few more clouds throughout the region, but going through the early part of the week ahead, we do not see too much of a warm-up. Highs stay in the teens with light winds tomorrow, and then drop back towards 0 overnight. ADVERTISEMENT By the end of the week, we are keeping an eye on temperatures becoming a little warmer, but even then, the warming will not be much.

For most, it will lead to a day or two closer to 20° by next weekend, but still predominately in the teens through the week..
