The Clark County Coroner spokesman confirmed to TMZ on Thursday that the Las Vegas-based percussionist's cause of death was from the 'combined toxic effects of fentanyl and cocaine.' Duke also suffered from high blood pressure, and he was only 41 when his body was discovered on February 12. Gadd - who was the nepo baby of of Grammy winner Steve Gadd - was in the midst of recording his first solo album with visuals titled Melomaniac Graffiti, which was supposed to drop later this year.

' Feldman was only 20 when he completed a 10-month rehab stint in 1991 for heroin addiction, which he blamed on alleged childhood abuse by his mother Sheila and alleged sexual abuse by Hollywood figures like agent Marty Weiss. The former child star - who was emancipated by age 15 - had enjoyed quite a successful streak starring in blockbusters like Gremlins (1984), The Goonies (1985), Stand by Me (1986), and The Lost Boys (1987). Corey's last onscreen gig was being the Seal in the 11th season of Fox celebrity singing competition The Masked Singer a year ago where he made it nine episodes before being eliminated.
