Child finds street-wide puddle in 1964 in Saskatoon

On this day in 1964, a child considered a Saskatoon flooded street from the sidewalk.

Today, we see a child leaning out over and contemplating — possibly considering jumping into — a giant puddle in the street, from March 13, 1964. Spring melt led to puddles all over town, including this submerged intersection at Avenue K and 11th Street.
