The Kansas City Chiefs were able to get the win in Week 3 of the regular season against the Atlanta Falcons, and part of that win was due to some solid play from veteran wide receiver, JuJu Smith-Schuster. Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports The reigning Super Bowl champions announced that they were bringing back JuJu in August after he was cut by the New England Patriots. He was not able to make much noise in the first two games of the season, but that changed against the Falcons.

The Chiefs were able to take the lead in the third quarter with a 21-yard field goal from Harrison Butker, but they were then able to extend it. Patrick Mahomes threw a slant over the middle to Smith-Schuster, and he was able to take it 13 yards to the house. Mahomes brought out the best in Smith-Schuster in the 2022 season, and he will be hoping to do that again. If JuJu can keep making his impact felt and providing another veteran presence for the Chiefs, he could put them in an even better position to win than they were before..
