Chick-fil-A quietly opens ‘restaurant concept’ with pizza, tater tots – but you must look for ‘Little Blue Menu’

At those restaurants, there are several fan-favorite chicken-based selections, including sandwiches, nuggets, bowls, and salads.There are also breakfast options like chicken biscuits, bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, hash browns, and even dessert offerings like shakes, brownies, and cookies. It’s consistent across the board, but there is a little-known location that offers even more options.



There are expanded offerings like pizza, tater tots, onion rings, and traditional chicken wings, among others, that can be found through Chick-fil-A’s Little Blue Menu.The Little Blue Menu is featured at a special location in College Park, Maryland.It’s often called a “test kitchen,” but it is a “restaurant concept” from Chick-fil-A, as noted by food insider Snackolator in a recent Facebook post.

Chick-fil-A notes on its website that the Little Blue Menu serves as a place that honors the “spirit of innovation” from founder S. Truett Cathy.FOOD FANATICSCulinary experts at the College Park location consistently create more food and drink options to serve alongside the main menu and see how they resonate with customers.

Another notable option on the Little Blue Menu includes a burger, something certainly not seen at the thousands of other Chick-fil-A locations. There’s also sweet potato waffle fries and sweet potato tater tots.Last year, there were even six different pizza variations customers could order on the Little Blue Menu.

Chick-fil-A also worked in 2023 to expand to an Atlanta restaurant, per Restaurant Dive.Some construction issues delayed the build.The Little Blue Menu location also confirmed in a post recently that it would be temporarily closing on May 1 for renovations.
