Chesney Hawkes has sparked speculation with his cryptic eight-word response when quizzed about entering the Celebrity Big Brother house. The pop sensation joined BBC Breakfast hosts Nina Warhurst and Charlie Stayt on Friday morning (April 4) to chat about his forthcoming tour dates. Yet, the conversation swiftly veered towards the buzz surrounding Chesney's potential involvement in the upcoming season of Celebrity Big Brother, which is set to kick off next week.
When Charlie probed, "Rumour has it, Chesney, that you're going in Celebrity Big Brother. Is that true or not?" Chesney bluntly responded: "I have no idea what you're talking about." Charlie pressed on, asking, "So, that's a yes?" to which Chesney retorted: "I don't know where you got that from," reports the Daily Record .
Nina didn't let up, enquiring about any pre-show rituals he might adopt if he were to join the reality series on Monday. Chesney wittily replied, "Probably sleeping if I was to do that," and turned the tables by questioning Charlie about his own participation.
